What areas of Tampa Bay does Foam Palooza Tampa serve?+
We serve Hillsborough and Pinellas counties as our home base — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, and everything in between. We also regularly head into Pasco and Manatee counties for events in Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch. Anything outside about an hour's drive from central Tampa gets a travel-fee quote, but distance has rarely been the thing that kills a booking.
How far in advance should I book my Tampa foam party?+
Weekends in Tampa Bay are competitive from March through September. We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks out for a Saturday during that window, longer if your date falls on a holiday weekend or near the end of the school year. October through February is wide-open — you can often get a great date with under a month of notice. Weekday slots for schools and camps disappear fastest in late spring; if you're planning an end-of-year event, get on the calendar by March.
What happens if it rains on the day of my Tampa foam party?+
A passing summer storm doesn't have to ruin your event. Our crew tracks weather closely the day of every booking, and Tampa's storms tend to move fast — we can often delay or accelerate setup by an hour or two and run a full party between bands of rain. We'll be in touch as early as we have a clear forecast. If the day is truly washed out, you don't lose your deposit; we just pick a new date.
How much space do I need in my Tampa backyard for a foam party?+
Aim for 20 feet by 20 feet of relatively flat space. Lawn is best, but driveways and pool decks both work — we've run events on every kind of surface this side of the Gulf. Bigger groups (60+) get 25 by 25 so the foam zone doesn't feel cramped. If you're in a Tampa community with HOA setback rules or your yard slopes hard, just send a photo before booking and our team will troubleshoot it with you.
Are Foam Palooza foam parties in Tampa safe for kids and the environment?+
Yes. Our foam solution is non-toxic, biodegradable, and gentle on skin, eyes, and clothing — the same chemistry used at commercial water attractions across the Tampa Bay region. We hold full commercial liability insurance for Florida operations, our team is background-checked, and the foam dissipates into water within about 20 minutes after we shut down the cannon. It's safe for kids, safe for pets, and safe for Bay-area lawns and runoff — nothing about the formula creates an environmental issue.
What should kids wear to a foam party in Tampa?+
Bathing suits or athletic clothes that can get drenched. Tampa Bay humidity makes anything cotton stick to skin once it's wet, so quick-dry fabrics are your friend — rash guards, athletic shorts, swim tops. Water shoes stay on better than flip-flops, especially if the foam zone is on grass that gets slick. Reapply sunscreen before the party starts; the foam won't wash it off but you can't reapply mid-event without the foam diluting it instantly. Bring a separate dry outfit for the cake portion of the party.
Can Foam Palooza Tampa do school field days and summer camp events?+
Yes — Tampa Bay schools, daycares, and summer camps make up a huge share of our weekday calendar from April through August. We can scale from a single-class daycare event up to a multi-rotation field day for 500+ students, and our hosts are background-checked and trained for kid-density crowd management. We invoice schools directly and accept district POs. Email us your date, location, and approximate headcount and we'll send a quote within a business day.
What happens to all the foam after the Tampa party — is cleanup messy?+
Cleanup is the easiest part. Within roughly 20 minutes of us shutting down, the foam returns to water and dissipates into the grass, driveway, or pool deck — nothing to scoop, nothing to mop. Our crew breaks down the cannon, hose, and any setup we brought. Tampa's humidity affects how fast the area dries out (sometimes an hour, sometimes longer in muggy August), but nothing requires action from you. The space is fully usable as soon as the foam is gone.
Do you offer foam machine rentals in Tampa?+
We're a full-service operator, not a rental company. Here's what a booking includes that a rental doesn't: the foam concentrate itself, a sound system with age-appropriate music, an operator who runs the whole event, and complete teardown and cleanup. A bare rental leaves you sourcing solution, monitoring the cannon, and breaking everything down while the party winds down around you. Tampa Bay packages start at $295, everything included.
