Coverage applies to every event we run across the Greater Atlanta region. We deliver a Certificate of Insurance (COI) within one business day of booking, with named-additional-insured endorsements available for venues, school districts, HOAs, churches, and corporate hosts who require them. How fast can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Within one business day of booking. Email atlanta@bigideaentertainment.com or note your COI requirement at the time of booking — we'll deliver via email PDF directly to the requested recipient.
Do you support named-additional-insured?
Yes. We routinely add named-additional-insured endorsements for venues, school districts, HOAs, churches, parks departments, and corporate hosts. Provide the exact legal name of the additional insured at booking and we'll include it on the COI.
What does the insurance cover?
Our policy covers third-party bodily injury and property damage arising from our operations at an event. This is standard commercial general liability coverage, written through a top-rated carrier. The coverage is in addition to — not instead of — the safety standards we maintain (trained crew, background-checked staff, hypoallergenic foam, professional equipment).
Are your party hosts background-checked?
Yes. Every party host on our team is background-checked before working an event. Documentation is available on request for school district risk management or other compliance review.
What if I need higher coverage limits for my event?
For some corporate or municipal events, hosts may require limits above our standard $1M / $2M policy. We can typically arrange a higher-limit policy or one-time event endorsement on request. Contact us early — these take longer than a standard COI.
